Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $50.00 USD or more (before taxes and after discounts).

For orders under $50.00 USD, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You can track your order anytime through the Shop app or website using your order details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Rissa Roos is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your information before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment and determine the best resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, Rissa Roos ships only to addresses within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
